Drive Out Hunger!
Our 2006 Ford Econoline has served us well, but at 189,565 miles, it’s time for an upgrade. While adequate for small trips, it can’t handle our growing needs.
It holds only 2,850 pounds and can’t fit full-height pallets. The low ceiling forces volunteers to crouch while loading – a safety concern we can’t ignore.
Most critically, it’s inadequate for the pallet-based produce and dairy pickups we’re now receiving regularly.
We need a vehicle that matches the scale of hunger in our community.
